About

Coming Soon! — Wildflower is Blossoming 🌸 Wildflower Massage is currently in a season of transition. I am expanding into a new, deeply restorative bodywork modality where I work with my feet, supported by overhead bars for enhanced control, precision, and depth. This shift allows me to offer a unique and powerful therapeutic experience, and I’m truly excited to share it with you. At this time, I am not yet booking sessions as I complete my training. Availability is expected to open by the end of April. I warmly encourage those who are a good fit to experience this new offering when it becomes available—I believe it will be something truly special. I also want to acknowledge that this change means I will no longer be offering the hands-on services many of you have come to know. I understand this may feel disappointing, and I’m genuinely grateful for the trust you’ve given me over the years. Wildflower continues to evolve, and I hope we’ll meet again in this new season. About Me Hi, I’m Tiana. I’ve been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2006, and with nearly two decades of experience my work is centered around helping you feel truly supported in your body. Healing happens when the nervous system feels safe and regulated. I create a peaceful, restorative space where your body can relax deeply, unwind tension, and return to balance. My practice now specializes in DeepFeet Ashiatsu, a deeply therapeutic barefoot massage that uses gravity-assisted pressure to provide broad, consistent, and deeply effective bodywork. This approach allows me to deliver deep, grounding work while remaining slow, controlled, and supportive to the nervous system. At this time, I exclusively offer DeepFeet Ashiatsu sessions and no longer provide traditional hands-on massage. The only exception is prenatal massage, which I continue to offer as a nurturing and supportive service for mothers throughout pregnancy. I completed my training at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, where I studied both Eastern and Western modalities, kinesiology, and energy awareness. This foundation supports my intuitive approach and allows each session to be tailored to exactly what your body needs. Whether you’re seeking deep therapeutic work or supportive care during pregnancy, your time on the table is an opportunity to reconnect, reset, and honor your body. I look forward to being part of your wellness journey. What is DeepFeet Ashiatsu? DeepFeet Ashiatsu is a therapeutic barefoot massage technique where the practitioner uses their feet to deliver slow, deep, and consistent pressure to the body. By working with gravity and using overhead support bars for balance, the therapist can apply broad, controlled pressure that is both deeply effective and deeply relaxing. Unlike traditional hands-on massage, Ashiatsu uses the broad surface of the foot, which allows muscles to be compressed and lengthened without the sharp or pokey sensation that can sometimes occur with elbows or thumbs. Many clients describe the experience as deep, grounding, and deeply calming to the nervous system. Sessions typically involve slow, flowing strokes along the back, hips, and legs to release chronic tension, improve circulation, and encourage the body to unwind naturally. DeepFeet Ashiatsu is especially loved by clients who enjoy deep pressure and slow, therapeutic bodywork. --- Who DeepFeet Ashiatsu is Great For DeepFeet Ashiatsu may be a wonderful fit if you: • Prefer deep pressure massage • Experience chronic muscle tension in the back, hips, or legs • Feel that traditional massage is not deep enough • Enjoy slow, flowing, grounding bodywork • Are physically active or athletic • Sit for long hours or experience postural tension • Want deep work that still feels relaxing and soothing Because the pressure is broad and evenly distributed, many people find Ashiatsu to be more comfortable than very deep hands-on work. --- Who Should Not Receive DeepFeet Ashiatsu While Ashiatsu is safe and beneficial for many people, there are some situations where it is not recommended. Your safety and comfort always come first. DeepFeet Ashiatsu may not be appropriate if you have: • Pregnancy (prenatal massage is offered separately using hands-on techniques) • Severe osteoporosis or fragile bones • Recent surgery or healing injuries • Acute inflammation or infection • Blood clotting disorders or current blood clots (DVT) • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or serious cardiovascular conditions • Recent fractures or spinal instability • Certain medical conditions that require lighter therapeutic work If you have any medical concerns or are unsure whether Ashiatsu is appropriate for you, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider and discuss it prior to booking. --- A Thoughtful Approach to Deep Work Each session is customized to your body and comfort level. Even though Ashiatsu is known for deep pressure, the work is slow, intentional, and highly controlled. Pressure can always be adjusted to ensure the experience remains therapeutic, safe, and deeply relaxing. If you're curious about DeepFeet Ashiatsu but have never tried barefoot massage before, I’m always happy to answer questions and help you decide if it’s the right fit for you.
